The Catch Up®
Progress Reporting Tool (PRT) has been produced to the industry standard of ISO 27001:2013 which is the International Standard for Information Security Management. This ensures that security controls are in place that comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and that protect information and ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability are maintained.
Using the Progress Reporting Tool (PRT) to enter individual pupil/student level data will contribute to the generation of anonymised statistical data relating to pupil participation and progress which Catch Up®
may use to support its functions as a training company. Catch Up®
will not use or share individual pupil/student or individual school/organisation level data with a third party without the fully informed consent of the individuals involved and/or their parent/carer and their school/organisation.
The only exception will be if Catch Up®
is legally required to share such information and where legislation allows it to do so, with such sharing being in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
By using the Catch Up®
Progress Reporting Tool you agree that Catch Up®
may make use of anonymised data from your school/organisation in such a way that individuals or the school/organisation cannot be identified.
