Catch Up® Literacy and Catch Up® Numeracy have both been included on the list of interventions eligible for the Raising the Bar 2015-17 Challenge Fund, in partnership with the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF).
Suffolk County Council’s Raising the Bar programme and the EEF have agreed a major new partnership which includes a new joint fund worth £600,000 to boost improvements in education across the county.
The joint Raising the Bar 2015-17 Challenge Fund in partnership with the EEF will be open to all publicly-funded schools in Suffolk.
Schools will be able to bid for money to introduce programmes and interventions that have been independently evaluated by the EEF and shown to get results. Schools can choose from a list of 9 interventions, selecting the programme that best meets their needs – both Catch Up® Literacy and Catch Up® Numeracy are on that list!
So there’s never been a better time to start using Catch Up® in your school – get 50% of the cost funded by the Raising the Bar 2015-17 Challenge Fund!
The fund will be open to applications on Monday 11 April 2016. The deadline for applications is Friday 20 May 2016.
Funding is available for 50% of the cost of the intervention – schools must fund the remaining 50% from their own budgets, sponsorship or fundraising.
For Catch Up®, the only cost is a one-off payment of £395 per person, per intervention, which includes all training, training materials, guidance and proformas, extra resources to support delivery, management support and tools for coordinating the intervention, accreditation, and lifetime support from the Catch Up® Community. Get all of this for just £197.50, with the Raising the Bar 2015-17 Challenge Fund paying the other 50%!
