Find out moreEffective Feedback
Beverley Gardner, Executive Headteacher, Trinitas Academy Trust
In my session, I will aim to give an overview of John Hattie’s research, and how we can use it to identify the needs of ineffective learners which can be met through the using feedback effectively, and up-skilling pupils in a targeted approach.
I will also aim to show an approach to CPD which encourages the teacher to be an effective learner as well!
